Sheila Bernstein comes from the FSU Office of Finance and Administration as part of the University Business Administrators on campus, which provides fiscal management services to departments. She is assigned to the Film School as a UBA representative to process the school's spending and advise the administration on all fiscal matters, as well as maintain all records on budget activity.
